Join Masie the Touring Potter for a taster throwing experience. Spend 1.5 hours learning about the art of throwing. The class will begin with an introduction to the ceramic process and a demonstration, then you will prepare your clay and start using the wheel.

Masie will fire and glaze your pieces at her home studio in Dorset, then return them to Doodles to be collected when she visits later in the year.

Suitable for complete beginners, these taster sessions are for adults and secondary school aged children. 

​

Aprons will be provided but old clothes are best as it can get a little messy! Short nails and long hair tied back is recommended.

Places are limited to 6 people per session who each get their own wheel to work on.
