Stoneware Workshops
Join us for an exciting workshop where you'll explore the art of stoneware pottery and experiment with unique glazes to create stunning masterpieces.

Our Stoneware pottery shapes differ from the range of blank pottery we have on the shelves in the studio. They are made from a different type of clay that is fired to a higher temperature and is known for being durable, non-porous, and having a rustic appeal. Your finished pieces are perfect for everyday use and can be put in the microwave and dishwasher.
Stoneware glazes range from solid shades to those that create interesting colour variations as they move and break. You can layer them or use one of our exciting painting techniques such as the peacock bowl technique or the seaside technique.
All workshops are aimed at adults and secondary school aged children. They last about 2 hours and cost £35. The price includes the tuition and everything needed to complete your project. They start at 10am & 7pm on each date.
Stoneware Workshops take place once a month on Friday Evenings 7-9pm.
Get your creativity flowing with our Peacock Stoneware Bowl technique. We will guide you through each step of the process, of glazing these stoneware bowls in beautiful peacock-inspired design.
